Qc Calc and GR&R error

I started a GR&R (Through the GR&R menu system), a 5-2-2.
I have ran three GR&R's for three separate operations with no issues.
Once I started my Op40 run, QC Calc will load the data, close the GR&R study, then place the same data into a standard, I'm guessing, Realtime database.

All four programs are identical in setup configuration for reporting, they are nearly identical in feature and characteristic naming conventions. I can't find anything CMM programming wise that could cause this. (Calypso v2019)

When I open the GR&R data base, it will have the data from the first part, immediately generating an error. From that point on, the GR&R will not load any more data.

I can't wait any longer for a QC Calc reply....

Note:
QC Calc has no problem collecting data in Realtime. It appears this is only an GR&R issue.

Things may have changed (what doesn't) and It's been 10 years since I've messed with QC-Calc but, I don't recall having any problems getting ahold of them at https://www.prolinksoftware.com/. Create a ticket and they used to reply within a few hours or quicker.
If you don't have a maintenance license with them and If no quick answer here, you might try the guys at https://elsmar.com/ .

An update by the customer seems to have stopped the error from generating.
I don't know why it worked for the first three programs and then wouldn't function.
