characteristics nominals not change after alignment changed

message pop up after alignment changed. but characteristics nominals not change follow alignment changing.

problem only happened when copy program from version 5.6 to 6.8 back forth.

I generally create temporary alignments in the program I copy the features too (to mimic the program the features come from).
Then associate each feature to the alignment preferred in the intended program, deleting the mimic alignment after.

If I have a large project, which will have a complete program and many Operation programs, each of the operation programs will have an alignment that is the same in all the programs.
If I copy features from one program to the other, I set them to the alignment that is neutral to all associated programs. after I can set the alignments to specific program alignments as needed.
