[Da...]
I had a 472 ID File: Error during read access - file missing. Does anyone know what this might be and how to fix it? This came from a Duramax on the floor running in a robotic cell that has Zeiss Automation.IMG_3975.jpgIMG_3974.jpg Link to comment https://qualityforum.zeiss.com/topic/8886-error-472-id-file/ Share on other sites
[Da...]
I just got an answer back from Zeiss Support and they said it is caused by dirty Stylus Plate. Just a FYI if anyone else has this error.
