Can you turn off the new "Corner rounding" on Zeiss CMM's?

I'm am growing very, very tired of this new corner rounding Bull Shit! 🤬 😡
This has continued to cause stylus crashes on parts.
One time it runs thru, next time it clips or out right hits the part.

This is particularly the worst when approaching from Z- axis (probing the bottom of a part.
Prior to this BS corner BS, I never had an issue.

🤬 😡

This is pissing me off!
How the stylus approaches a feature when "Executed" and ran by program are completely different.

If I select the feature.
Right Click and select "Execute" it runs exactly as planned.
If I run the program it will hit the part 99% of the time.

Its a Space point.
Its in the Z- axis
The Clearance Plane is Y+

Using "Execute":
Tool moves to Z+ clearance plane
Tool moves to Y+ Clearance Plane
Approaches Y+ Clearance Plane Value
Moves in Z- axis to below the part
Movies in Y- direction
Moves in Z+ direction and collects the data.
(Reverse order as part clears properly).

Running the program:
Tool moves to Z+ clearance plane
Tool moves to Y+ Clearance Plane
Approaches Y+ Clearance Plane Value
Tool dives in Y- and Z- axis simultaneously (moves at an angle to the Space point coordinates)
Tool hits part.

This has been a problem from the initial 2021 version install and every update after. (7.2.12)

Now I have to add CMM Position Points to prevent crashes?
How do the design engineers not see this crap happening?

Still on 2021, latest update...
And yes, Calypso started this corner rounding trash with 2021.
Nearly every legacy program now either has hits or clips the part multiple times. Programs that have ran for over a decade without a single incident have to be edited. 😡

This should be embarrassing to Zeiss.

I've noticed the same behavior on occasion. Maybe try setting the Clearance Distance to zero, or setting it to 10mm if it's already at 0?

I've had it at Zero.
I've had it low enough to ensure the tool should be below the feature.
The only time it does function 100% is when the clearance is greater than the corner rounding movement.

In this particular case, there is no room for extra clearance.
Prior to 2021 version, this was never a problem.

This isn't form related, its new in 2021 to supposedly reduce CMM travel time to a feature.
The problem with it is legacy programs are colliding with the parts.
In some case traveling on the outside of the part the rounding corners as an outside move, on other features, it seems depending on stylus articulation, the rounding is the wrong direction.
See my highly defined MS Paint example..... 🙄
I have watched and can repeat these instances.
