Looping Free Form Surface for WP Alignment

How or where do you create a loop on a free form surface for a WP alignment?

I make loops only to ensure correct places to take points.
But in my case i prefer curves for alignments - much more options to mask points and not relay only on model.

As i know you have to make more features each referencing with alignment from previous feature ( feat1 - base alignment | feat2 - feat1 alignment ). Only looping same path didn't bring me no benefits.

To help me understand my points, I make them symmetrical over the entire surface used.
If you randomly select points, its more difficult to determine what you have compared to symmetric points.
