I know the Zeiss techs are able to look at a report of how many crashes a machine has had in a certain time frame. Is it possible to look at this myself? Problem with zip is that some transfers kill the content (especially if it contents exe files). 7 zip is freeware and doesn't need installation. Unless our beloved government makes some very grave changes to the current rules, my full retirement is 8 years away - at most. But you can bet your probe head that I'm aiming for a much earlier date. 😄 Zeiss' genuine software is indeed much fun - there are (and always were) so many intentional loopholes you can peek through and investigate, it's like a children's birthday party for a computer geek. 🤣.
