[Ke...]
I have some spare time, and I was trying out the 2-sphere alignment method on my rotary table... I followed the directions in my training manual (2015 version)... and some of the images did not print properly. Hoping someone has an udated version that they can share. My current software revision is 2020 Thanks!
[Ri...]
Here is the information from the Operating Instructions. I prefer either the Cylinder or using the workpiece itself though.RT.pdf
[Ke...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Thank you, sir! I typically use the workpiece, and I have used the single ball method for a couple of small bearings. Right now, I have some free time and want to get more RT practice in, so I have all available options open to me... however, I do not have a Master Cylinder. Is there a specific grade/quality (brand?) that you use?

[Re...]
I started out using the master cylinder to calibrate the RT, because our part geometry was not suited for using the part for the RT alignment. I now use the duel sphere method to calibrate the RT and have found it to be much more accurate than using the master cylinder method. However I do not have the air bearing RT.
