API crash on CAD import

Hello,

 

I keep getting an error when importing NX V1953 models.

 

"Error MCADImport-0051

CAD converter message

Cannot import the file: API has crashed.

 

I am using GOM Inspect professional 2021 Hotfix 5

 

any ideas?

You could try to disable the CAD repair, which causes trouble sometimes.

 

NX is supported up to 1980, so this should work.

If it does not, feel free to contact our support and send us the file. You said that this happens quite often with NX 1953 models, so it would to great to have some of those files to see whats wrong.
