Orienting a Disc for "X" , "Y" measurement

I have a 14" diameter, 3/8" thick disc with a random hole pattern on its face, no holes that fall directly on "X" or "Y" to orient to.
What would be the best practice to orient this disc to measure the "X", "Y" location of these holes?

As long as you know one holes location relative to the center you can use Special in your alignment to rotate by distances/angles to square your part up to match the coordinate system.

Thank you for the response but from what I have tried this does not help me understand how to get the alignment on the table for the program to pick up the hole locations. When I do as you say all that happens is there is a rotation of the graphics on the Calypso screen that does not correlate to the part that is on the table. I have attempted this from both a CAD model and indicating the part in. I am not a seasoned operator and am not seeing how this allows me to set it up in Calypso, indicate the part on the table and get the two to understand each other.
